PLZ DOWLOAD TO WATCH!!!

If anyone knows how to resize this so that it is 50 X 50 pixels, I will be sooo grateful! :iconsilentgalloping: is one of my best frieds in rl - and on here she has always wanted a animated avatar... so here! a little surprise gift! the only thib is... I have NO IDEA how to make is smaller!!! if anyne can help... PLZ say so!
